ARCAD is a Ugandan non-profit research institute advancing aging and dementia research across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Since 2017, we have worked with communities, researchers, partners, and policymakers to turn evidence into healthier lives for older persons.

Accredited MSc Program

In partnership with the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, we deliver an accredited MSc in Public Health Research.

ISO 15189 Accredited Labs

Our BSL II laboratories meet internationally recognized ISO 15189 standards, supporting high-quality medical research and laboratory services.
